The marmalade is produced with oranges grown exclusively in Sicily, exactly in the Val di Noto, with the sole addition of organic whole cane sugar and lemon juice.
The pulp of the oranges is left to rest in the fridge, while the skins (flavedo and albedo), previously removed, are soaked for a few days in order to soften the flavor. At the end of these processes, the pulp is blended and after adding the ingredients, mixing and vacuum cooking and underpressure are carried out.
Finally the previously sterilized jars are hot-filled, hermetically sealed, pasteurized and packaged.
