Born from a blend of Sicilian cultivars of a century ago.
The notes of artichoke and tomato echo on the nose. The bitterness is pleasantly accentuated and the spicy just hinted at; the two are, however, well harmonized.
Among the cultivars present in the blend, the Ogliarola from Messina, an ancient and native cultivar of Sicily that characterizes the taste of the blend.
