Shipping your package

Packages are generally sent within 2 working days, after receipt of payment, via UPS, or other courier available, with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer a delivery with UPS Extra with a signature request, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method, info@shop-e.it

Whichever type of shipment you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your parcel online. Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs and postage. Management costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order.

We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your parcel will be sent at your risk, but special attention is paid in case of fragile items.

The boxes are suitably large and your items will be well protected. Shop-e entrusts your parcels in a pre-eminent, but not exclusive, way to UPS, the leading shipping company for punctuality and safety.

In the event that the package arrives damaged, a photo certifying the state of the same at the time of delivery is required to be sent, as required by art.9 of the conditions of sale, to the following addresses: whatsapp 0039 3288236254 or to the following email address info@shop-e.it.

DELIVERY TIMES

The products ordered on sicilymart.com will be shipped within 2- 9 working days from receipt of payment. Some more complex orders or waiting for the supply of stocks, could delay deliveries for a few days, if the wait lasts longer than 15 days after the order has been accepted, this possibility would give the customer the right, at the request of the the same, upon partial refund, in the event that part of the goods has been delivered, or in full of the amount paid by termination of the sales contract. In relation to the refund amount, a customer voucher may be offered for other products on the platform. Delays in the delivery procedure are not attributable in any way to the seller and do not entitle to any request for refund or termination of the contract.

Return costs are paid by the buyer.
