Sicilian Buccellati

Buccellato is a sweet characteristic of the Sicilian hinterland, having a semi-circular shape (almost to remind that of tortellino). The biscuit externally can be covered as desired by the buyer with a sugar glaze and colored sprinkles, or with granulated sugar and cinnamon or simply with a sprinkling of icing sugar or with icing and pistachio grains. Inside, however, we find a filling finely worked by our artisans of chopped almonds or figs with chocolate chips. The formats available are 1000gr
