500 gram martorana fruit
Also known by the name of Marzipan, Martorana fruit is a mixture of almonds and sugars to obtain a soft and not very sweet paste.
After a drying process that takes a few days, the fruit is colored one by one so as to make it look as similar as possible to real fruit.
If correctly stored it can last from six to eight months.
