Oil produced by two plots located in the municipality of Alia (Sicily) and in that of Palazzo Adriano (Sicily) both in the province of Palermo and is located on a hill at about 700 meters above sea level, in an uncontaminated production area from sources of pollution and produced only according to organic methods, certified by an internationally recognized control body (Consortium for the Control of Biological Products - Bologna).
The olive groves are made of Cerasuola, Biancolilla and Nocellara plants of Belice. The latter, which represents about 75% of the total, is one of the most interesting Sicilian varieties.
